The development and characterization of novel multi-component metal oxides for photovoltaic application as well as solar cells entirely based on metal oxides are the goals of the project. The postdoctoral candidate should have a good scientific background in semiconductor physics and material science. Experimental experience in thin film deposition methods (pulsed laser deposition, sputtering, etc.) is beneficial as well as experimental background in optics, semiconductor characterization and/or XRD....
