The laboratory of Dr. Arjun Deb in the Cardiovascular Department at the University of California, Los Angeles,  USA  has an opening for a research technician/scientist/postdoc for performing cardiovascular surgical procedures on small animals. Candidate should have extensive experience in performing microsurgical procedures such as cardiac ischemia-reperfusion, permanent ligation and transverse aortic constriction. Analysis of cardiac function by echocardiography is also necessary. Benefits and salary will be commensurate with experience.
