Postdoctoral in Stem cells and Retinal degeneration
An opportunity is immediately available for a Postdoctoral position in the field of stem cells and retinal degeneration in Dr. Nady Golestaneh’s lab at Georgetown University School of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology. We are looking for an outstanding postdoctoral fellow to study the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying retinal degenerative diseases using induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).
Required Qualifications:
A PhD or MD/PhD degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology or other related fields, is required. Previous experience with stem cell biology is preferable. Strong background and skills in molecular biology and biochemistry is highly desired.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
