2014 Postdoctoral Recruitment Event : Columbus, OH, United States

The Office of Postdoctoral Research at The Ohio State University is excited to announce the 2014 Postdoctoral Recruitment Event! This event is a collaboration with the Pelotonia Fellowship Program and the Research Institute Training Office at Nationwide Children's Hospital.

This two-day event will provide an excellent opportunity for outstanding senior graduate students from leading graduate programs to meet and interview with our research faculty to discover the exciting and innovative research taking place at The Ohio State University and the Research Institute at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

Application for this event is open to senior graduate students who have completed or expect to complete their PhD between January 2014 and June 2015. Preference will be given to US Citizens and permanent residents who are training grant-eligible. Exceptional international applicants may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Selected candidates will be invited to visit the Ohio State campus, network with current OSU and NCH postdocs, present their research to faculty in a podium presentation, interview with prospective mentors, and learn more about postdoctoral opportunities at Ohio State and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Full funding will be provided for travel expenses.

Candidates selected to attend the 2014 Postdoctoral Recruitment Event may be considered for a variety of opportunities at Ohio State, including fellowships, training grants, and other internal training programs. ​
