法国IRAMIS 学院招收电子工程博士后
Postdoc - Organic Memory Devices and Circuits : Saclay, France
Within the CEA Saclay (IRAMIS Institute), the LICSEN (Laboratory for Innovation in Surface Chemistry and Nanosciences) develops fundamental and technological research in the fields of organic electronics, nanoelectronics, new energy sources and functional surfaces.
The LICSEN is notably involved in ambitious projects aiming at developing organic memory devices and evaluating their relevance in the context of electronic circuits with learning capabilities (artificial neural network type). In this context the postdoc candidate will fabricate electronic devices using micro/nano fabrication tools (e-beam lithography, clan room facility), characterize and optimize their electrical performances in relation with the circuit learning rule and scaling requirements, study the physical mechanisms at play and integrate device assemblies into small-scale circuit prototypes. He will interact with other partners outside LICSEN and participate in all aspects of the global project.
The candidate must have a Ph.D in Physics or Electronics, a strong background in device physics, a deep interest for multidisciplinary nanoscience projects, several publications in peer-reviewed journals, excellent communications skills and a strong expertise in electrical measurements and instrument programming. Additional experience in micro/nano fabrication would be a plus. It should preferentially be his/her first or second postdoctoral position after the Ph.D defense. …
