POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOW (MESOTHELIOMA PATHOGENESIS) – ID# 15636.
A Postdoctoral position is available in Dr. Michele Carbone’s and Dr. Haining Yang's laboratories, located at the University of Hawai’i Cancer Center on the John A. Burns School of Medicine campus, Kaka’ako, Honolulu, Hawai’i.
Dr. Carbone’s and Yang's groups focus on different aspects of gene-environment interactions in the pathogenesis of malignant mesothelioma. This research is sponsored by several grant agencies, including the NIH-NCI.
The post-doctoral position requires a PhD with a proven track record of publications in high-ranking journals in the fields of molecular biology, molecular genetics, cancer biology, immunology and environmental carcinogenesis.
