美国宾西法尼亚大学招聘细胞癌症生物学方向博士后
Two (2) postdoctoral researcher and one (1) PhD student positions are available immediately to study breast and ovarian cancer initiation and progression. The projects will be supported by R01 grants from National Cancer Institute. The projects will focus on 1) epigenetic alteration of breast and ovarian cancers; 2) non-coding RNAs in ovarian cancer; and 3) small molecular drugs (PARP inhibitor) for ovarian cancer. Next generation sequencing, knockout and transgenic animals and gene editing technologies will be used in these projects. The position requires experience in cellular and molecular biology, such as the experimental technology on molecular mechanisms that control malignant transformation, tumor progression and metastasis. Previous experience in knock-out and transgenic animals, RNA biology, epigenetics, cancer biology and cancer genomics would be helpful. We are also welcome the candidates, who are trained in other fields such as prostate cancer and melanoma biology, developmental biology, genetics and genomics, to apply these positions.
