The Biodesign Institute at Arizona State University and the Center for Evolution and Cancer is searching for a Postdoctoral Research Associate to perform analysis of high throughput sequencing data on multi-region samples to measure genetic diversity within breast cancers, AML, and potentially other types of cancer. They will be responsible for setting up and maintaining a state-of-the art pipeline for high throughput sequencing data, as well as the development of new algorithms to mine that data.
