The programme selects 123 researchers. It offers young researchers the opportunity to be recruited by one of the 190+ world-class KIC InnoEnergy Partners and supported Startups, with up to 40% funding from Pathways fellowships. It's a 2-year international opportunity to boost your career.

The programme is open to young researchers both in hard and soft sciences (PhDs, engineers with 4+ years of experience and postdocs) to facilitate their mobility within Europe.
