Postdoc positions in: Genomics and epigenomics analysis of clinical samples

We are developing genomics and epigenomics assays for clinical sample analysis. The group was established in February 2014. We are looking for postdocs, technicians and students.

If you are in wet-lab, you will develop new assay methods and apply it to analysis of clinical sample supplied by Tsukuba Human Tissue Bank. To drive your own projects, you are expected to directly talk to pathologists regarding samples you are interested. You will also lean how to analyze NGS data using existing informatics tools.

If you are in dry-lab, you will develop new analysis tools. Our group is capable to produce high quality data set from unique and limited samples.
