摘要:
A postdoctoral position is available to work on ATP-dependent chromatin remodelers, their roles in cell development and in such diseases as cancer at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Science Park in the laboratory of Blaine Bartholomew. Current projects include, but are not limited to, (1) effects of cancer-associated mutations in subunits of SWI/SNF on cell fate determination, enhancer activity, and chromatin structure and (2) the interplay between INO80 and the histone variant H2A.Z in gene expression, genomic stability, and DNA repair. More information on these and other projects are available to interested applicants. A recent Ph.D. or MD/Ph.D in biomedical science, biochemistry, molecular biology, bioinformatics or cell biology is required.
