We are looking to recruit 4 postdoctoral scientists to join the Centre for Chemical & Synthetic Biology. The post holder will develop genetic code expansion approaches and/or apply these approaches to understanding biological processes. You should have a PhD in a biological or physical science (or due to complete doctoral studies within six months of applying). You may have experience with transgenic animals, experience with recombinant protein expression in mammalian cells, experience in mammalian cell biology, biological imaging technologies, directed evolution approaches, chemical biology or biochemistry.

The successful candidate will be awarded a 2 year Career Development Fellowship. This is a training and development position for a postdoctoral scientist who has recently completed their doctoral studies or is moving into a new research discipline.
