Position 1:
Postdoctoral Position in Photo-biocatalysis

Job Description:
• The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will work in a project on the development of photobiocatalytic transformations
• The research tasks include engineering, optimizing, and exploring constraints of the designed photo-enzymatic reactions, as well as developing and evaluating immobilized enzymes-based photo-enzymatic reactions.
Job Requirements:
• PhD or postdoc trained in organic synthesis, photocatalysis, biocatalysis, biotransformation, or biochemistry.
• Experience in enzyme-catalyzed reactions, photocatalysis, photo-enzymatic reactions, enzyme immobilizations, enantioselective chemical synthesis, reaction engineering and optimization, and/or process development.
• Good communication skills in oral and written English.
• Good publication record.

Position 2:
Postdoctoral Position in Enzyme engineering

Job Description:
• The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will work in a recently granted project to develop enzymes and biotransformations for the synthesis of rare sugars.
• The research tasks include engineering of new enzymes by directed evolution, investigation of enzyme catalysis and kinetics, optimization of biosynthesis yield and process, and development of single-step and/or one-pot cascade enzymatic reactions for the production of rare sugars
Job Requirements:
• PhD trained in biochemical engineering, biocatalysis, biotransformation, biochemistry, biotechnology, synthetic biology, or bioorganic chemistry.
• Experience in enzyme engineering, directed evolution, enzymatic reactions, carbohydrates biosynthesis, reaction engineering and optimization, whole-cell biotransformations, and/or process development.
• Good communication skills in oral and written English.
• Good publication record.

Position 3:
Postdoctoral Position in Enzyme catalysis

Job Description:
• The postdoctoral Research Fellow will work in a recently granted project to develop enzymes and cascade biotransformations for the synthesis of high-value chemicals from renewable feedstock.
• The research tasks include engineering of novel biosynthesis pathways for the conversion of amino acids to selected high-value chemicals, development of new enzymes with enhanced activity and selectivity by directed evolution, and development of one-pot cascade biotransformations for high-yielding production of high-value chemicals.
Job Requirements:
• PhD trained in biochemical engineering, biocatalysis, biotransformation, biochemistry, biotechnology, synthetic biology, or bioorganic chemistry.
• Experience in cascade bioreactions, pathway engineering, enzyme engineering, directed evolution, reaction engineering, whole-cell biotransformations, and/or bioprocess development.
• Good communication skills in oral and written English.
• Good publication record.
