As a Scientific Postdoctoral Recruiter you will have the opportunity to recruit postdoctoral fellows to St. Jude and contribute to our mission to find cures for pediatric cancer. Other job responsibilities include:

Develop recruiting strategies to meet the postdoctoral fellow employment needs of the institution.

Travel to scientific conferences/meetings/career fairs.

Coordinate special events such as the St. Jude National Graduate Student Symposium.

Arrange all travel and administrative aspects of onsite interviews.

Job Qualifications:EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
BS degree in the biological or biomedical sciences required.Master's or PhD preferred.
Experience in a research or academic environment required.Basic PC skills required.
Preferred skills: Experience in presenting research at a national scientific conference preferred.
Experience in scientific recruitment, administration, event planning or marketing preferred.
Database management skills preferred.
LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a valid driver's license from the employee's state of residence and be insurable by St. Jude's insurance carrier.
