Postdoctoral Researcher in Antibody Phage Display : Minneapolis , MN, United States

A postdoctoral researcher position is available immediately in the laboratory of Dr. Aaron LeBeau in the Masonic Cancer Center at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the construction and use of human antibody phage display libraries. Candidates with experience in peptide phage display are also encouraged to apply. In addition to phage display, the candidate should have knowledge of tissue culture methods, flow cytometry, protein purification, and live cell imaging techniques. The candidate will discover and evaluate new antibody constructs for their potential as cancer therapeutics and diagnostic agents. The candidate will be a member of a diverse collaborative research group that utilizes aspects of pharmacology, cancer biology, chemical biology and molecular imaging to answer important questions in cancer.
