Postdoctoral positions are available at the University of Wisconsin-Madison to work on research projects in the following areas:

1. Transcriptional regulation of neural stem/progenitor cell self-renewal
2. Modeling neuropathological processes / drug discovery using human stem cells
3. Functional dissection / therapeutic implication of human neural cells in neurological conditions. PhD or equivalents in cell / molecular / developmental biology, neuroscience, or chemistry is required.

Experiences in small molecule/chemical screening, live cell imaging, optogenetics, single cell profiling, bioinformatics, electrophysiological recording, and/or small animal microsurgery are highly desirable. Salary follows the NIH guideline.
