A Postdoctoral Research Associate position is open in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Pharmacy, Kingsville, TX. The projects is focused on developing protein nanoparticles for transdermal/nasal drug and vaccine delivery.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in the area of drug delivery with sufficient expertise in drug delivery, pharmacokinetics and nanotechnology. Experience in instrumental techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS, dissolution testing of formulations, simulation models of drug absorption, molecular biology techniques, experience in using animal models will be preferred. A competitive salary may be offered, up to $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Selected candidate should be able to involve in team work and perform the research work in compliance with Texas A&M system guidelines.
