摘要：

We have an immediate opening for a postdoctoral researcher with strong background in nano scale CMOS device physics and fabrication technologies. The position is in Phoenix Arizona. The postdoc will be responsible for experimental research in the field of sensor applications, like whole genome sequencing, Industrial sensing applications and other healthcare applications. Responsibilities include FET device design and fabrication in a class 100 cleanroom facility, design and build data acquisition systems, develop and set up experimental protocols and publish results in peer reviewed Journals.
