A Postdoctoral Fellow position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Hoonkyo Suh, in the Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute to investigate functions of adult neural stem cells. The Suh lab aims to 1) understand molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying adult hippocampal neurogenesis and 2) determine a role of neural stem cells in neural circuit formation in physiological and pathological brains.

The Suh lab is seeking highly motivated, independent, and creative postdoctoral fellows with a Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree and a strong interest and training in Neuroscience and related fields. Prospective candidates are expected to lead a project, contribute to establish a collaborative research environment, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
