A postdoc position is available at the Institute of Mathematical Modelling of Biological Systems. The position is initially for two years and comes with a very attractive salary (about 3k euro after tax).

The ideal candidate should have strong mathematical and computational skills and come with some background in statistics, stochastical processes, and machine learning techniques. 

The project is concerned with the inference of protein-RNA interaction networks in bacteria using sequence and expression data. However, there will be given significant freedom to realize own research ideas.
