Postdoc Associate in Immunology & Virology : Indianapolis, IN, United States

A postdoctoral position in Immunology and Virology is available in the Herman B Wells Center for Pediatric Research and the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Indiana University School of Medicine. The qualified candidate should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Immunology, Virology or in a related field. The candidate is expected to have intensive experiences in Molecular Biology, Flow Cytometry, Immune cell purification and culture, small animal procedures, etc. Projects in the laboratory focus on the host protection and recovery from diseases during respiratory virus (influenza and Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV)) infection. The laboratory pursues a multidisciplinary approach that includes immunology, virology and pulmonary biology. (For more information on the scientific background, pleas see the references: 1.
