The Post-Doctoral Teaching Fellow will become part of a unique program designed to provide young scholars with the opportunity to acquire the skills and experience necessary for success in teaching in a liberal arts setting. The Post Doctoral Teaching Fellow will teach a total of four courses per year including (but not limited to): research methods, quantitative methods, and an introductory survey of psychology course. He/she will also assume responsibility for coordinating and supervising work-study students. The Post Doctoral Teaching Fellow will be expected to participate actively in departmental and institutional opportunities for discussions about teaching methods and techniques. The training fellowship is a one-year appointment, with the possibility of renewal depending on performance and funding. The position is eligible for benefits.
