PD1: €33,975 (min.); €34,974; €36,003 (max.)

Basic Function of the post:

To design, carry out, statistically analyse and publish the results of grass-based dairy cow nutrition experiments.  This is a collaborative project between Teagasc Animal & Grassland Research and Innovation Centre, Teagasc Food Research Centre Moorepark and Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute Northern Ireland.

Person Specification

Essential

• Relevant research experience not to exceed 3 years’ post-PhD
• PhD in Agricultural Science or Animal Science

Desirable

• Knowledge of grass nutritive value
• Experience in setting own research agenda
