公派访问学者套磁信该如何措辞?

　　对于“套磁信如何措辞”的问题。这个问题很难回答，因为每个人都有自己的文风、想法和特点。我在此简单分享一下自己写Email时的几个经验：

　　一、发Email尽量用自己单位的邮箱，或后缀为edu.cn的教育网邮箱。用hotmail、gmail等公共邮箱虽没什么大问题，但给外方导师的感觉还是不专业。而且，也显不出我前文所述的“组织优势”。试问：一个单位连自己的邮箱都没有，何谈权威?何谈领先?与来自这个单位的人合作，有何好处?

　　二、在Email标题中，用上"self-funded"这个词。大家也知道，国内有大把的硕士、博士生每天在积极地向外国导师发信争取奖学金;在这种情况下，使用"self-funded"这个词，就能一下子凸显公派访问学者无需对方出钱的巨大优势，外方导师何乐不为?

　　三、在Email中，一定要阐明四个方面：一是自己的身份及所想申请的职位，二是政府资助、无需对方出钱的事实，三是自己在专业领域内的研究经历和成果，四是自己要求对方做什么(即索要邀请函)。Email若能说明这四个方面，内容就比较完整了，就是一个我认为比较成功的套磁Email。

　　Dear Prof. XXX,

　　I wish to apply for a visiting scholar/postdoctoral position in your group. Now I have a funding opportunity for conducting overseas research in the scholarship program called "government-sponsored visiting scholar/postdoctoral research", which is launched by China Scholarship Council.
