Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics

Princeton University

The Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics at Princeton University was established to create innovative research and teaching programs at the interface of modern biology and the more quantitative sciences. We seek applicants for postdoctoral or more senior research positions to join any of the several interdisciplinary research groups in our Institute. Appointments are for one year, with possibility for renewal pending satisfactory performance and continued funding.

These positions are subject to the University's background check policy.  

Essential Qualifications

Applicants should recently have received their Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent. They should have training and a significant track record in one of the following areas:

  • developmental biology
  • experimental and/or theoretical biophysics
  • experimental and/or computational genomics
  • computer science, statistics, and/or machine learning with applications relevant to genomics
  • bioinformatics
  • population genetics / genomics
  • evolutionary biology
  • ecological genetics
  • metabolomics
  • proteomics
  • cell signaling
  • bacterial/yeast/animal cell molecular biology and genetics
