A post-doctoral position is available to identify novel and specific regulators of autophagy-dependent growth in pancreatic cancer cell lines. A siGenome screen will be conducted in pancreatic cell lines, and promising candidates will be further validated both in vitro and in collaboration in mouse models.

Experience in cell culture, biochemistry, and cell biology is required. Good time management is essential. Additional experience in screening, handling large data sets and bioinformatics would be an advantage. Successful candidates should be available to start a full-time position before or by the end of September 2014.
