Job Description
Postdoctoral fellow positions are available to study molecular and cellular mechanisms of pain and synaptic transmission and plasticity. Candidates should have solid graduate training in neuroscience or genetics and a strong publication record using patch-clamp electrophysiological recordings, imaging, or epigenetics approaches. Ongoing studies include epigenetic control of chronic pain, ion channel physiology, spinal cord synaptic plasticity, and the hypothalamus involvement in hypertension development.
