  美国肯塔基大学脊髓和脑损伤研究中心招收博士后学者

The Chen Lab in the Spinal Cord and Brain Injury Research Center at the University of Kentucky is recruiting postdoctoral scholars to study the molecular mechanisms of glial responses to central nervous system (CNS) injury. An ongoing focus of the lab is to understand the functions, regulation, and therapeutic potential of reactive astrocytes in CNS repair. Our studies use a combination of mouse genetics, cellular and molecular biology, experimental spinal cord injury and stroke models, primary neural cell culture, mouse behavioral assays, and viral vector-mediated gene targeting. The Spinal Cord and Brain Injury Research Center provides an outstanding and collaborative environment for neurotrauma research. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply by emailing the Principal Investigator at meifan.chen@uky.edu with a cover letter, CV, and contact information of three references. Additionally, an application needs to be submitted through UK Jobs https://ukjobs.uky.edu/postings/285827
