　　埃默里大学干细胞博士后奖学金

　　埃默里大学医学院心肌细胞干细胞实验室正在寻找一名博士后研究员来研究人类诱导多能干细胞（http://www.pedsresearch.org/research group/chunhui-xu lab）。该研究的重点是心肌细胞与干细胞的分化和应用，并将与埃默里大学、亚特兰大儿童保健中心和佐治亚理工学院的研究人员合作进行。候选人应具有细胞生物学或相关学科的最新博士学位，最好是具有强细胞和分子生物学的学科。包括细胞培养、免疫细胞化学、流式细胞术、qrt-pcr、表达载体生成和动物模型在内的生物学专业知识。候选人将进行独立研究，并与小组成员合作，并积极参与实验计划、数据分析和手稿撰写。

　　Postdoctoral Fellowship in Stem Cells

　　Emory University

　　The Cardiomyocyte Stem Cell Laboratory at Emory University School of Medicine is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to work on human induced pluripotent stem cells (http://www.pedsresearch.org/research-group/chunhui-xu-lab). The research is focused on differentiation and applications of cardiomyocytes from stem cells and will be conducted in collaboration with investigators in Emory University, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and Georgia Tech.  The candidate should have a recent Ph.D. preferably in Cell Biology or related disciplines with strong cellular and molecular biology expertise including cell culture, immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry, qRT-PCR, generation of expression vectors and animal models. The candidate will conduct independent research and collaborate with members in the group and is expected to actively participate in experimental planning, data analysis, and manuscript writing.
