摘要:美国华盛顿大学计算生物学/生物信息学/数学/物理/计算机科学方向博士后招聘We are looking for a highly motivated computational biologist to join our interdisciplinary team of research biologists, medical doctors, engineers, mathematicians, and computer scientists studying cancer and other human diseases.

We are looking for a highly motivated computational biologist to join our interdisciplinary team of research biologists, medical doctors, engineers, mathematicians, and computer scientists studying cancer and other human diseases. We are at the forefront of developing computational tools to sole previously unattainable problems through creative use of big data in the biomedical and clinical research. Combining bioinformatics and experimental approaches to advance precision medicine, we have made important contributions to a number of large scale cancer genome studies, including TCGA, ICGC, and CPTAC. We have also created various cancer and other diseases models that are valuable in studying the etiology and treatment for these devastating diseases. We combine in vivo, ex vivo, and in vitro methods to study the pathogenic mechanisms in a multi-disciplinary manner. Ongoing projects in our laboratories involve cancer proteogenomics, molecular circuitry regulating tumorigenesis, pathogenesis of human diseases, and functional genomic studies based on new discoveries from next generation sequencing. This individual will participate in and lead research projects using computational biology approaches to address questions that are both fundamental in biology and highly relevant in the clinic. Further information about our research can be found here: http://dinglab.wustl.edu/.
