Job Description
Department of Genomic Medicine at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is recruiting a postdoctoral fellow who has expertise in cancer genomics (particularly in leukemia), computational bioinformatics/biostatistics, and molecular biology. The candidates must have a Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree with a strong working ethics and professionalism. The candidate will be working under the mentorship of Drs. Koichi Takahashi, MD and P Andrew Futreal Ph.D. The team has been conducting extensive research on leukemia genomics and has particular interest on the genetic basis of preleukemia, clonal hematopoiesis and translational implications of clonal heterogeneity in leukemia (Genome Research 2018 PMID 30087104, Nature Commun 2018 PMID 29991687, J Clin Oncol 2018 PMID 29702001, Blood 2018 PMID 29358183, and Lancet Oncol 2017 PMID 27923552).
