The Role and Responsibilities
It is expected that the Research Assistant will work with an increasing degree of autonomy as skills and experience develop. The research conducted by the Research Assistant will contribute to a granted ARC Discovery Project focused on the intelligent design of porous materials for capture and release of targeted guest molecules.
Skills & Experience Required
You will have demonstrated experience in performing classical and first principles based calculations on porous materials for adsorption and separation applications, along with evidence of research output including publications, conference contributions and/or technical reports. Experience and programming skills using either Fortran, C, C++, python and Matlab will be highly desirable.
