Job Description

The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine's Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology has an exciting opportunity for a Postdoctoral Associate. This position is based in Dr. Murray Deutscher's lab which studies RNA metabolism in bacteria with particular emphasis on the ribonucleases that carry out these reactions. The individual in this position will carry out studies on the variation in the levels of these enzymes during stress conditions and on the molecular mechanisms that regulate ribonucleases. 

The minimum qualifications for this position are as follows: Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
