An RNA genomics laboratory at Northwestern University is seeking postdoctoral fellows working on cancer immunology. Our group uses cutting-edge high-throughput genomic technologies, such as single-cellRNA-seq, ribosome profiling, ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq, and computational modeling to identify key genes and associated regulatory networks underlying oncogenic processes. Our work will reveal novel therapeutic strategies for precision medicine and immunotherapy of cancer.

Ideal applicants should meet following requirements:
1) A Ph.D. degree in biomedical-related sciences; 
2) Strong training in one or more of the following areas: cancer biology, immunology, molecular biology and mouse models;
3) Familiar or experienced with genomic technologies.

The lab is located in the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center at Northwestern University in downtown Chicago.
