The Novo Nordisk Foundation's Visiting Scholar Fellowships at Stanford Bio-X offer young ambitious researchers the opportunity to carry out postdoctoral-level research at one of the world's foremost interdisciplinary institutes.

As a visiting scholar at Stanford Bio-X, you will have the opportunity to transcend the boundaries between scientific disciplines and work closely with leading international researchers in a unique research environment.

Applicant Eligibility:
- Will have obtained a PhD degree within 5 years of the fellowship start date
- Will have a solid education and experience with biomedicine and/or biotechnology
- Has a significant association to the Danish educational system or research environment, e.g., by having graduated from a Danish University or worked as a post-doc in Denmark.

Each Fellowship lasts 4 years with 3 years at Stanford Bio-X followed by 1 year at a Danish university or other public or non-profit research institution. Up to DKK 4 million will be funded per fellowship.

Project start date: Between 24 September 2018 and 28 January 2019.
