Postdoctoral position in Developmental Neurobiology : Syracuse, NY, United States

A postdoctoral position is available immediately to study Drosophila neural stem cell self-renewal and specification in Dr. Sijun Zhu’s lab in the Department of Neuroscience and Physiology at State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. The position will remain open until filled, but interested candidates are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Candidates should have a PhD in Biology. A strong background and considerable research experience in genetics, molecular biology, cell biology, developmental biology, and/or neurobiology are preferred but not absolutely required. Candidates who are highly self-motivated, dedicated, and responsible are encouraged to apply.
