一、应聘条件

1. 获得国内外知名高校材料、物理、化学化工等相关专业博士学位，从事过溶液法薄膜制备或光电器件等相关研究，有太阳能电池相关研发经历者优先考虑；

2. 有创新精神，吃苦耐劳，积极开展开拓性研究；良好的英文交流能力与团队合作能力，具备英文撰写科技论文的能力；有责任心和团队协作精神，积极向上，身体健康。

二、岗位职责

1. 从事溶液法制备钙钛矿与聚合物太阳能电池及器件优化相关研究，发表高质量学术论文；

2. 申请博士后基金及国内外各类相关学术研究基金；

3. 协助合作导师完成实验室维护管理、指导学生等有关工作。

三、工作条件及待遇

1. 参照上海交通大学博士后薪酬政策执行；

2. 根据上海市博士后管理政策办理有关落户事宜；

3. 提供上海交通大学博士后公寓或2200元/月租房补贴；

4. 其他福利待遇按国家和上海交通大学有关规定执行

A Postdoc Position for two years is available in the Photovoltaics Lab at the University of Michigan-Shanghai Jiao Tong University Joint Institute.

The lab is focused on the fabrication and optimization of perovskite and polymer solar cells using solution processed methods such as spray coating.

The candidate MUST have hands-on experience on thin films and thin film devices particularly emerging thin film solar cells. Proven publication track record is a MUST also.
