北京理工大学1940年诞生于 “延安自然科学院”，现隶属于工业和信息化部。是一所理工为主、工理管文协调发展的全国重点大学，为我国历批次重点建设高校，包括首批进入国家“211工程”和“985工程”重点建设高校。

根据“强地、扬信、拓天”的特色发展战略，学校于2008年底组建宇航学院。学院目前承建航空宇航科学与技术和力学两个一级学科博士点（包括两个博士后流动站）和6个本科生专业，在2012年教育部学科评估中，学院负责建设的两个学科分别列全国第6名和第9名。学院在制导武器、深空探测、大型空间结构动力学、无人飞行器自主控制、轻质多功能材料与结构、固体推进和航天发射等领域具有较强实力。现有国家自然科学基金委创新群体1个，中国科学院院士2名，国家杰出青年基金获得者4名，973首席科学家2名，青年千人1名，教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划8名。学院教师近三年获国家技术发明二等奖、科技进步二等奖各1项，作为参研单位获国家自然科学二等奖和科技进步二等奖各1项。设有“飞行器动力学与控制”教育部重点实验室、“深空自主导航与控制”工业与信息化部重点实验室和“飞行器动力学与控制”教育部111创新引智基地。在学校一流大学建设规划中，宇航学院负责的航空宇航科学与技术和力学两个学科分别列为重点建设学科。学院为促进和推动一流学科建设，现面向海内外招聘航空宇航科学与技术和力学学科高级专业技术人才。

一、招聘学科/方向

（一）航空宇航科学与技术学科相关方向，包括：

飞行器多学科设计优化、先进设计理论与方法；飞行器结构动力学；航天器自主导航与控制、在轨任务自主规划；飞行器制导与控制、分布式协同控制；宇航推进，燃烧科学；飞行器热环境调控；空间物理。

（二）力学学科相关方向，包括：

流体力学；结构动力学与控制，结构健康监测；生物与仿生材料，细胞与分子力学，生物流体力学等；流致噪声，流固耦合，结构声振耦合；波与振动控制；先进材料力学行为、空间环境对材料力学行为影响。

二、岗位设置、招聘条件与待遇

（一）常年招聘上述方向国家千人计划、长江学者、青年长江学者、青年千人计划。

（二）“预聘副教授”和“预聘助理教授”：

1、掌握本学科学术发展动态，有较强学术影响力和学术发展潜力，在科学研究方面取得突出成果，具有独立发展一个研究方向的能力；

2、在国外著名高校或科研机构取得博士学位，或具有海外经历3年以上；

3、在相关领域重要学术期刊发表过系列研究工作；

4、年龄不超过40岁。

Beijing Institute of Technology is one of the nation’s top universities in China—an open, public, research-oriented university with a focus on science and technology. The School of Aerospace Engineering (SAE) consists of four departments, i.e., flight vehicle design, flight vehicle control, launching and propulsion engineering, and mechanics, plus four research centers including the deep space exploration, distributed system of spacecraft, dynamics and controls for flexible structures and autonomous control of UAVs. SAE provides competitive undergraduate and postgraduate programs including B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in aerospace engineering and mechanics.

The School of Aerospace Engineering (Beijing, China) now invites nominations and applications for tenure-track faculty positions. Potential candidates are expected to have demonstrated superior research and teaching records and strong commitment to aerospace engineering or mechanics

1. Responsibility

For each position, the successful candidate should have an outstanding research record and will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in his/her area of expertise, supervise graduate students and interact with the faculty on the development of a strong, independent, externally funded research program.
