Job Description


Dr. Claire Chougnet’s laboratory is studying immune cell ontogeny during fetal development and how it is altered by exposure to the inflammatory stimuli associated with prematurity (Kallapur et al, JI, 2013; Rueda et al, EJI 2015). Her laboratory is also studying regulatory T cell function and homeostasis in humans, including in the context of HIV infecton (Moreno Fernandez et al, Blood, 2011; J Virol, 2012; Front Immunol, 2014) . The Chougnet laboratory has an open position for a highly motivated postdoctoral research fellow with an interest in immune regulation, T cell effector function, and/or neonatology. The applicant should have a strong background in cellular immunology, with specific experience including flow cytometry, cell purification and in vitro functional studies.
