Two Postdoctoral associate position Bioinformatics and for gene regulation/cancer genetics : New Haven, CT, United States

Position 1: A postdoctoral position in the area of bioinforamatics/biostatistics is available in the group of Dr. Narendra Wajapeyee in the Department of Pathology, Yale University. We are seeking individuals with experience with analyzing cancer genome datasets as well as experience with analyzing microarrays, SNP arrays, RNA-seq and other forms of deep sequencing data including the ones related to DNAmethylation. Position 2: A research position is available to study gene regulation and cancer genetics. Candidates with experience in mouse models and genome-scale approaches will be given preference.
