We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow or Research Assistant in the area of Biomedical Science or Bioengineering for systems medicine, starting immediately in the Multiplex Biotechnology Laboratory. The potential postdoc will work on research projects related to biomedical microdevice and single-cell systems biology for disease diagnosis and treatment. Research directions include exploring bioengineering and computational solutions for emerging problems in cancer biology, immunotherapy, infectious disease, and regenerative medicine.

The postdoctoral researchers with Bioengineering, Biomedical Science/Engineering, Systems Biology, Biochemistry backgrounds are preferred, who should have demonstrated ingenuity, productivity, and ability to work in a diverse, high energy environment. Prior research experience for this position is required. The candidates must show research rich experiences in DNA detection and cancer or immunology studies. Other experiences in microfluidics and nanotechnology will be a plus but not required. Salary is commensurate with research experience and ability. We expect the candidate can make significant contribution to our multidisciplinary team. For the RA position, a master degree is required, while prior research experience is not required.
