An NIH-funded postdoc position is available at Wang laboratory, Baylor College of Medicine. The individual will join our integrative translational bioinformatics initiatives aimed at discovering causal cancer genes and viable therapeutic targets from next-generation sequencing and genomic profiling datasets, and will be responsible for the development of novel analyses and bioinformatics tools to analyze whole-genome and RNAsequencing data, as well as to integrate other cancer genomic datasets. The candidates will receive unique multidisciplinary training on integrative bioinformatics, cancer biology, and translational researches.
