摘要:

Postdoctoral Fellow in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Research : Lund, Sweden

Lund Stem Cell Center (http://www.med.lu.se/stemcellcenter), a part of Lund University consisting of internationally competitive research groups and more than 140 people under one roof, is a strong international research environment with a focus on stem cell and developmental biology of the blood and central nervous system, cancer stem cell biology, and the development of stem cell and cell replacement therapies in these organ system. The Center was established as one of six Centers of Excellence in life science in Sweden and is one of the largest and leading stem cell centers in Europe.

One postdoctoral fellow position is available in Dr. Kenichi Miharada’s research group at Lund Stem Cell Center, Lund University, Sweden (http://www.med.lu.se/labmedlund/lund_stem_cell_center/research_groups/protein_quality_control_and_metabolic_regulation_in_stem_cells).
Our main research interest is to discover novel regulatory machineries of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), particularly focusing on protein quality control and metabolic regulation. We have been utilizing in vitro culture and aging as model systems to study alterations of the cellular status in HSCs.
