Postdoctoral Position in Molecular Biology and Technology Development in the Lee lab. The laboratory of Je H. Lee is seeking a postdoc fellow for multi-investigator research on profiling olfactory receptors in situ for spatial mapping of their connectivity using fluorescent in situ sequencing (FISSEQ; Lee et al., Science 2014). We would like to investigate how specific odor-responsive neurons and their projections are organized at the olfactory bulb using in situ genetic analysis, high resolution imaging, and optogenetic tools.
