We offer a postdoc/engineering position for 12 months (extensible to 18 m) to develop a prototype of a device detecting very large molecules. The experiment is at the interface of physics and chemistry, it employs optical detection techniques (laser spectroscopy), and also guiding and storing of charged particles (ion trap).
