A postdoctoral position in the field of Hematopoiesis/Leukemogenesis is available in a Laboratory in the Department of Leukemia at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Our focus is on defining the role of telomere dysfunction in the pathogenesis of Myelodysplastic Syndromes and aging-related diseases. Our experimental systems include both genetic mouse models and primary leukemia stem/progenitor cells from MDS patients.

Individuals with Ph.D degree in related research field, highly motivated and self-directed, with good communication and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:
• A strong background in molecular biology, flow-cytometry and immunofluorescence is required.
• Experiences in hematopoietic stem cells and animal models are essential.
