The Laboratory of Cell Cycle and Division in the Department of Biology, University of Crete, Heraklion, Greece is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral research scientist to investigate regulation of faithful chromosome segregation and cytokinesis in vertebrate somatic cells (J Cell Biol 195: 449-466, 2011; J Cell Sci 126: 1235-1246, 2013; J Cell Biol 205: 339-356, 2014; J Cell Sci 127: 3902-3908, 2014). The successful candidate will have experience in biochemistry and cell biology techniques including confocal microscopy. This position is available from the 1st of January 2015 for up to three years and funded by Worldwide Cancer Research (grant award #15-0008).
