Job Description
A postdoctoral fellow position is available to investigate mammalian ion channels and receptors related to pain and cancer. We seek highly motivated and creative postdoctoral researchers to participate in research on purification, mass spectrometric analysis and functional characterization of mammalian ion channel signaling complexes. We are particularly interested in identification and functional analysis of novel ion channel regulatory proteins and structural mapping of channel protein-protein interactions and posttranslational modifications.

Job Requirements
Candidates are expected to have a PhD degree (obtained within three years) with extensive experience in protein purification and LC-MS/MS-based proteomics (label-free & isobaric labeling quantification). Additional experience in bioinformatics or computer programming will be a plus.
